Rinsing:
Inside of bottles are cleaned by spraying water in the rinser. Empty bottles are transferred into the rotary rinsing section by an inlet starwheel or infeed worm. The bottles are hold from their neck and turned upside down by grippers along their axis. After spraying operation, the bottles continue to move upside
down for a while to drain the rinsing water out and then turned back to the upright position. The nozzles have “No Bottle – No Spray System” activated only at the presence of bottles).
Filling:
The filling operation is carried out under CO2 pressure. Besides classical mechanically controlle filling system, electro-pneumatically controlled version is also available where the filling steps are controlled by a high-tech electro-pneumatic system. This allows flexibility on the adjustment of pressurizing, filling, settling and snifting phases which may differ depending on the product and the filling temperature. Different arrangements may be recorded on the PLC and called back at any time during production.
Filling of Beer: Double pre-evacuation system is implemented for beer filling applications. It is used to reduce the amount of air remaining in the bottle after filling. This treatment eliminates foaming during filling and prevents oxidation of product in the market.
